This Could Make a BIG Difference to You…
You may have noticed that I haven't linked my own website to any of these weekly newsletters. That's because I'm in the process of building a new one. Not just a few updates, but everything.
Pages, articles, images, design, coding, sales funnels, courses, the whole lot.
So here's my takeaways for you from that.
When you make your to-do list for this week (please say that you ARE going to make one!) add an extra column on the side.
This column is the one for other people to do.
One of the hardest success secrets to learn is that nobody gets there on their own. The people at the top of the tree got there because they learned the art of delegation.
Your ‘they-do' column is where you put all the jobs that can and should be delegated. Don't beat yourself up about it. If it can be efficiently passed on, do it without guilt.
By writing it down in your ‘they-do' column you achieve two things:
You make the act of delegation official in your mind, and you provide yourself with a reminder of who is now responsible, and when by.
By delegating some of my sites coding, it means I can get on with producing my courses and launch this side of Christmas.
If your momentum building an online business has slowed, or you're trying to perfect a trading strategy, consider delegating some tasks in your ‘they do' list.
It's a very powerful tool. Use it.
