Is AI The Marketers Friend?
As an old-school Marketer, I'm getting more opposed to AI, and it looks like I'm not the only one sharing this thought…
I remember when e-commerce was the new kid on the block in the late 1990s as it positioned itself around the necks of traditional shops. The traditional shopping experience would become a thing of the past because the economics wouldn't make sense.
How can a brick-and-mortar business compete with an online business with minimal overheads?
It can't…
And while you might say that online shopping is cheaper and more convenient, there's one BIG difference…
It's that personal touch and the human interaction we all need.
It's going into a clothes shop where the salesman goes into the back, looks into a box, and finds exactly what you're looking for.
Connection, empathy, love and respect are worth FAR more than saving a dollar with free shipping.
It gives us that warm fuzzy feeling that stays with us and it's great for our overall wellbeing and mental health.
The same thing that e-commerce has done to the high street, AI will do with people and the online business industry.
The essence of business is developing relationships and getting people to know, like, and trust each other.
AI is taking us further away from that each day.
This is why as a Business Owner, learn to do things yourself, because when you learn a skill NOBODY can take it away from you, and there's an abundance of business education available.
Nobody can charge you a monthly fee when you learn the skills to develop and grow your business.
If we solely rely on AI to run our lives and businesses, very soon it won't be us in the driving seat, you'll merely become a facilitator, as singularity and capitalist barons ransom you into a forced continuity existence.

Everything that happens in business tells a story, and while LiveGood approaches a million members, a competitor to LiveGood Supergreens called AG1 has launched a major marketing campaign.
LiveGood Supergreens costs $18 while AG1 in the UK is priced at £97 a bag.
I mean come on… £97 is completely overpriced, and one reason LiveGood is forging ahead.
Forex Trading (Crossfire Strategy)
It's been a strange week on the charts. There's still little volume in the markets post New Year and that's likely to continue until the end of next week.
With Non-Farm Payroll on Friday, I stayed out of the markets.
I record my sessions and upload them to my new YouTube channel.
The crossfire strategy starts at 6 am UK time trading the opening of the London and European markets, with the second session starting at 1 pm UK time for the open of the New York session.
