Online Courses
By completing your registration for an online course and making a payment of either full or instalment, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
Under this refund policy and under user guidance of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your booking at any time under the following terms:
- Our refund policy is as follows: our cancellation period is 14 days. Any purchase cancelled within 14 days of payment will be eligible for a full refund (unless you have started the course).2. Once you begin the course, you are no longer eligible for a full refund, even if you ask for a refund within 14 days of payment.3. Once a course has been redeemed, we cannot grant a refund.4. All refund requests should be sent to john@johnmclauchlan.com.5. Any refund will take up to 30 days to process.
Classroom Courses
By completing your registration for a Classroom course and making a payment of full or instalment fee, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
Under this refund policy and under the guidance of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your booking at any time at the following terms:
1. Our cancellation policy is as follows: any cancellation made 14 days or more before the start date of the course will be eligible for a full refund. If you cancel less than 14 days before the start date of the course you will not be eligible for any refund.
2. You may reschedule the course up to 7 days before the start date of the course at no additional cost. Anyone who reschedules their course less than 7 days before the start date of the course will need to pay a 20% administration fee.
3. JohnMcLauchlan.com reserves the right to reschedule any classroom course with 48 hours’ notice to learners.
4. JohnMcLauchlan.com reserves the right to change the tutor stated on the course page with 48 hours’ notice to learners.
5. All refund requests should be sent to john@johnmclauchlan.com.
6. Any refund will take up to 30 days to process.
Live Online Classes

E-books Refund Policy
E-books you purchase from JohnMcLauchlan.com are not eligible for return and refund.
Re-Downloading
If an e-book becomes corrupted or requires replacement during the normal course of use, you can re-download it from your JohnMcLauchlan.com download link or email john@johnmclauchlan.com.
